1. Refund Policy

We work hard to deliver top-notch digital marketing services, and most of our clients are thrilled with the results. However, if you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make things right.
1.2 When Refunds Apply
- You can request a refund by emailing us at contact@fixgmcunblock.com within 7 days of purchase (or as stated in your service agreement).
- We’ll review your request and let you know if it’s approved.
1.3 Services We Can’t Refund
Some services (like one-time setup fees or custom work) are non-refundable—we’ll always let you know upfront if that’s the case.
1.4 How Refunds Work
- If your refund is approved, we’ll process it as soon as possible.
- It may take a few days (or longer, depending on your payment method) to show up in your account.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 If You Need to Cancel
No hard feelings! Just send us an email at contact@fixgmcunblock.com, and we’ll help you out. Depending on your plan, there might be a cancellation fee—we’ll go over that with you before anything’s finalized.
2.2 If We Need to Cancel
In rare cases, we might have to pause or stop services—usually because of missing info, policy violations, or payment issues. If that happens, we’ll give you a heads-up and refund any unused portion of your plan.
3. Changes to Services
Sometimes we tweak or update our services to keep things running smoothly. If we make a big change, we’ll do our best to give you notice.
4. Google Merchant Center Policy
If we help get your Google Merchant Center account reinstated, but it gets banned again because of an issue on your end (like policy violations), we can’t issue a refund. Keeping your account in good standing is up to you after we fix the initial problem.
